I think the key is finding the the right "C". I truly think that last year Mike Fisher (preds fan here) was able to get all the Preds players to buy in and truly become a "TEAM". Sorry to say for the current Preds, I don"t think Josi is the guy.
Toews has it in Chicago and I think that Ovy became that guy as he has matured. Vegas bought in as they were looked at as a bunch of cast offs from other teams, so they banded together to prove everyone wrong...and they did, whether they win the cup or not.
Does the wild have it ? I personally always thought that Parise is that guy. ?

Blow it up!

After watching this years finals, it's clear that he Wild simply just don't have the grit necessary to make it past the first and/or second rounds. Yes, they are a good regular season team, but that's because the rules are different hence the games are different.

Wild don't have that grit or tenacity seen by the likes of the Caps and the Knights. They just don't have it.

Any players out there anyone would like to see Fenton trade for? I wouldn't mind seeing him get a first or second line C, and try to get a little bigger on the blue line. Maybe a right shot winger.
